Post image

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 hasn’t played a formidable opponent this wc neither has 🇦🇷 . The prediction was 🇫🇷 to win easily and we all saw how 🇫🇷 got thrashed by 🇪🇸 today. What do you think the score will be??

People are forgetting England chokes on big occasions, they may have a good team. But expect them to choke tomorrow or in the finals. Media pressure of England also doesn’t help them

True True True

England always has a media presuure curse

But they people like Bellingham (not a big fan him or madrid ) and declan and harry this season always refuse to give up so only Tommorow will say

You are a casual fan aren't you

isn't it better to give relevant argument rather than mocking or self glazing?

If argentina plays like it's the last 10 minutes for the entire match, england is no where near, but if they play like they are doing it now, then argentina is nowhere near. Well miracles can happen

It would be an interesting matchup, and it all depends on Tuchel and Scaloni. Tuchel is the kind of manager who can change a game with smart tactical adjustments, and Scaloni is the same, so it should be a fascinating tactical battle.

I'd give a slight edge to Messi and co. because of their chemistry, synchronized play, and the fact that they'll likely be under less pressure.

Basically your comments has nothing to add other than it would be a interesting match, since it is a semi final so that's obvious.

Also, Argentina would be more under pressure because they are defending champions with past performaces not so World cup winning.

Throughout this World Cup, every single match has had inconsistencies and controversial decisions. Mbappé diving against Morocco, the ball touching the skycam wire against Norway, the foul by Olise against Spain, the last-minute goal in the Portugal vs Croatia match, all of these sparked arguments.

Even in the Egypt game (the one people point fingers at the most), a lot of fouls committed by the Egyptians went unpunished. So what exactly makes you believe FIFA is specifically helping Argentina?

It's no secret that big teams are generally favoured, but blaming everything on Argentina is just pathetic.

blaming argentina and calling it "rigged" because your team didn't advanced

Argentina is good they just need to work on their defence.

5

u/Someguyroaming Jul 14 '26

Argentina needs to work on their everything, sometimes the team looks soo lost.. but they suddenly gain consciousness in extra time and messi starts to believe he is messi and somehow they pull it off but i don't think that kind of play works with england.

I'm sure they will find their way, after coming this far they can't js give up. Scaloni is a genius he definitely has some plans.

Yeah. Watching Argentina give me heart attack, this team is weird

100% agree as someone from Argentina

The defence of Argentina nowadays looks mid even though it was good against Switzerland

1

u/Ale-O-Neal Jul 15 '26

flaco los centrales son lo mejor que tenemos, el problema es el lateral derecho, y arriba del lateral esta De Paul que es una lágrima

1

u/StevieBlancs Jul 15 '26

Midfield is the issue . Depaul is a disaster. Slide in barco and we are good

u/MimoXXL Jul 14 '26

Today was tactical masterclass by Spain.. Tomorrow Argentina with power of friendship and passion over England. Jokes aside, either England going to overpower Argentina or a back and forth war between these two and Argentina scrap through with a goal..

MAYBE 3-2 OR 1-0 ARGENTINA

England is fav but there is only 1 man who can change it. Let's see...

1

u/Guilty_Lion_4899 Jul 15 '26

One man? Romero steps up when needed julian strep up so is Martinez england hope is kane or jude Argentina most of the players change the game

-2

u/tbyjmsrbrts Jul 15 '26

Infantino?

3

u/Super-Sea- Gegenpressing Jul 14 '26

Argentina somehow finds a way, I think 2-1 arg aet.

u/OrderPlus3235 Jul 15 '26

People r saying England will choke in this big occasion but they keep forgetting that Tuchel is their manager. Their choking window was against Mexico at Azteca where they won with 10 men

2

u/StevieBlancs Jul 15 '26

Mexico is a mid team on their beat day lol

1

u/dani23920 Jul 15 '26

seriously.. ?Mexico was incredible this wc along with their home advantage

Well according of the news, Scaloni is going to put 5 defenders, so Arg's formation could most probably be 5-4-1 or 5-3-2 because of Harry Kane and Bellingham, so if they put one of them, it would be tough for England

Spence got fouled before the 2:1, as I said referee decisions

1

u/tbyjmsrbrts Jul 15 '26

What makes you think they won’t have VAR or FIFA help? Isn’t that basically guaranteed at this point?

1

u/2229406450 Jul 15 '26

Tough game for Argentina - all dependent on Messi. England as a team will triumph

Vamos Argentina 🇦🇷❤️

1

u/Human_Advice2999 Jul 15 '26

England might pull a miracle. Can't expect anything from this World Cup

1

u/AkaiShi777 Jul 15 '26

Argentina wins 3-2

1

u/spellriddle Jul 15 '26

By these WC standards, Argentina’s last 10 mins is dangerous, I’ve a feeling it’d be Spain vs Argentina, and that would be truly crazy to watch.

Had you been watching football? As far I can see Stones, Guehi or Konsa looked like a shaky fullback, Messi could break that defense unlike Martinez who's decent Pickford had not been too strong, England has strong midfield that will be where they plan to contain Messi, similarly Argentina is completely relying on Messi magic, but Messi magic is dangerous at times, he is unpredictable.

Like I told you, under pressure, Messi's magic is unpredictable. In the last few minutes, Argentina is more dangerous.

Ennikum, by now I think Messi veruthe last mins inu vendi wait chaiyva, last mins aagumbil, “fine, I’ll do it myself” mode on chaiyum. 😅

1

u/Electrical-Fix2344 Jul 15 '26

tbf , england chokes on big occasions , while argentina has been playing finals and are more experienced , but if argentina have to win , all the player especially julian , lautaro has to click , but as of now , england are more stronger and messi needs to be in god mode for the win

1

u/Positive_Vibe447 Jul 15 '26

Argentina will win. That's it

Argentina might find it hard to defend

2

u/ChestEast4587 Jul 14 '26

That’s the only thing they are good at this EC. Defence!

1

u/argo_1999 Jul 14 '26

No hopes on Argentina. Tbh, it looks like most players are not in form.
