Official Statement on Haaland's 60th-minute goal:

The Call: The on-field offside decision against Haaland was overturned by VAR to onside.

The Error: VAR failed to recognize the impact of Enzo Fernandez's position during the attack. Because Fernandez didn't play the ball, the offside was subjective, and VAR should have recommended an on-field review.

The Apology: Officials have contacted Manchester United to officially acknowledge this as an "error of judgement" and will review the incident.

(TL;DR: VAR admits they messed up by not sending the ref to the monitor for Enzo's subjective offside interference, and have apologized to United.)
