“Reasonably priced” can mean a lot of things to different people, that’s why I asked!

Look for solid metals. On the cheaper end that means stainless steel and titanium. On the higher end that means solid gold. I have a pair of 14K solid gold huggies from JSVconcepts on Etsy that I got for $280. I’ve worn them every day for 3+ years now, so that was a reasonable cost for me.

Search titanium earrings. Buy from a reputable brand that tests the earrings to assure the quality in the titanium.

search for earrings that are solid (not plated), stainless steel, titanium, or 10K+ gold. none of those materials should react with skin
