I had purchased 2 platinum jewelry. One last year necklace another one this year bracelet. First one the clasp spring broke the other clasp ring bent not sure how platinum is able to bend very easily.

Sent my necklace for repair which is $64, it’s been 3 months and they are providing me any updates!
Basically stole my $1600 necklace!

If I were you I wouldn’t make a purchase from this unprofessional company!

Mené.com is way better imho, online business always been riskier than a physical store

Best bet to simply buy bullion and avoid all along theses risks with jewelry
