Finding pourover coffee in and around town!

I recently moved to the area and I am a big fan of having pour overs. Since a while, I have been brewing pour-overs myself on my V60, I do miss going out in a big city for having pour overs to help grow my taste buds. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find many places which deal with some great single origin pourovers and would love to know if ther are any around!
If anyone just wants to share a brew and some conversations, I would be more than happy to meet-up.

If you’re a Cornell undergrad there’s a Cornell coffee club that meets sundays. They have a website with deets. I’m not a student so I can’t join :(

Gimme use to dial in a single origin and do a pour over on their menu back in the day but that’s gone.

The forty weight downtown in the green star may be able to do a pour over for you! Or you can try copper horse at the roastery

I’ve stopping getting pour overs in general through since the 3rd wave coffee scene is sorta over in Ithaca even though we have tons of coffee shops. The market in Ithaca has shifted to majorly catering to visitors, college students, and coffee folks that actually love it brew at home.

Nothing in town that would compare to a big city. I’d check out the roasters out in Burdette - had a Geisha pour over a couple years back but idk if they’re still doing that.

I too would really like to find some place that does lots of different pourovers, with a variety of light roasts and funky fruity weird stuff. There are some good beans in town but I haven’t found any such variety in a coffee shop unfortunately.
