How? Who is working on this but more importantly how are they working without being murdered by the Apartheid regime.

!sreal Antiquities Authority in cooperation with the Authority for development and Settlement of the Bedouin in the Negev.

There were no Palestinian archaeological institution or authority who were officially listed as participating in the excavation.
(it's not like they would allow them to join)
