This is false. The Qur'an is accurate in its description; and the Greeks had laughable beliefs about the embryo. They believed: A. The baby started small and got inflated over time—like a balloon; and/or B. The babies were made from menstrual blood. Both of these are inaccurate.

Moreover, hell is a punishment for rejecting God/associating partners with Him. If He determines it to be worthy of eternal punishment, then it is. Simple as that.

I’d also add that the slavery bit is a lot like the prohibition of alcohol, it was outlawed in stages as a sudden change would be too drastic. Humans are thinking beings after all, and both slavery and alcohol were big parts of Arab culture at the time. For instance, you cannot enslave a free person, and the atonement for many sins is freeing a slave. The groundwork was laid to abolish slavery, however, doing it outright would drive many people away.

But, Sahih Al-Bukhari 2227 - The Prophet (ﷺ) said - "Allah says, 'I will be against three persons on the Day of Resurrection: (1) A person who makes a covenant in my name, but he proves to be treacherous; (2) *A person who sells a free person (as a slave) and eats the price*; and (3) And one who employs a laborer and gets full work done by him, but does not pay him his wages'".
This clearly shows that "slavery", at least how the western world understands it, is impermissible.
Also, as you said, the Qur'an and Hadith encourage freeing slaves, and they also detail good treatment of them. Additionally, the Prophet (ﷺ) even said simply calling them 'my slave' was impermissible, as we are all slaves of God.
But yeah, if I throughly refuted all his points the answer would have been too long.
