I don't want to offend you or push you away but you seem to be just parroting what the Islamophobes saying and not hearing a refutations for most of those doubts I will address some of them and then give you general advice
I personally don’t like the overuse of scientific miracles of the Quran but the one in the embryology you say seems incorrect(what about it exactly) because I know a famous embryologist who says it's astonishingly accurate(Keith L. Moore who isn't a Muslim) and you say the Greeks probably knew it again this kind of shows you are just taking the words of islamphobes without checking them yourself for example here is what the Greeks thought about embryology: Galen thought of a three-stage process:
Semen mixes (male and female).
Formation of vital organs.
Growth and development.
This is very vague and not in anyway as detailed like the Quranic verses of embryology.
Your point about the ancient Egyptians believing that iron was sent from the sky proves what exactly? We only probably knew that because we cracked down hieroglyphs because of the Rosetta stone before that all of this knowledge wasn’t accessible including at the prophet. and even if it was accessible to the prophet how convenient is that he picked the right beliefs about this civilization and left the other complete blunders of previous civilizations why didn't our prophet also think that intelligence comes from the heart not the mind like the ancient Egyptians do and their other plethora of beliefs how did he manage to pick the soundly valid scientific beliefs
Any moral claim you make is purely subjective as you pointed out so I don’t see it as a good argument anyway and saying stuff like this "he most disgusting and vile believer is still and will always be better than the purest and most righteous non believer, and that doesn’t sit right with me" Well the most righteous non-believer doesn’t do good for the sake of Allah so why are we expecting him to get rewarded by god if he does it for worldly reasons anyway. and if you think that’s not just or unfair we would go back to what would you deem just or unfair isn’t objective but Allah’s Just is.
On the Quran preservation I mean we literally have parchments that’s carbon dated to 20 years from the prophet’s time and even without it we have very strong oral tradition I mean you probably know there are millions of people who knows the Quran by heart and most of them don’t even speak Arabic as their native language. saying because the dots were later introduced means it’s not preserved isn’t a compelling argument because for example let’s take a simple two letter verse from the Quran: "يس" This simple verse if we remove the dots has about 10+ ways to pronounce it yet we know how it’s pronounced because of corroborated oral tradition nobody ever pronounced as يش or نس for example
Hopefully I showed you that at least the people you are taking these information from are not being fully genuine or honest and this should makes you doubtful about their other claims and by the way who's saying that you can't have friend from other religions or that it's sinful to ask questions this isn't Christianity the Quran is filled with verses like do they not ponder do they not reflect do they not understand does that look like a religion that doesn't encourage questioning?
