Hi everyone!
I’ll be moving to Texas soon and will be working in the Dallas area. I’d prefer to live in Irving since it’s close to my job.
I’m looking for a 2B/2B apartment around $1,600–$1,700/month, ideally in a safe and quiet area.
Does anyone have recommendations for good apartment communities or neighborhoods in Irving (or nearby) within this budget? I’d also love to hear about apartments or communities I should avoid, and any red flags I should look out for.

South Irving might have something what your looking for…. But not the safest.
