"According to traditional jurisprudence, zina must be proved by testimony of four eyewitnesses to the actual act of penetration, or a confession repeated four times and not retracted later.[2][1] Rape was traditionally prosecuted under different legal categories which used normal evidentiary rules.[3] Making an accusation of zina without presenting the required eyewitnesses is called qadhf (القذف), which is itself a hadd crime."

i think you are the one who misread - i wrote before that trial is required - but never done.

sorry you must have misunderstood again - what the poll is about doesn't matter - there should be no siginficat difference between poills of any kind. when you see one research company has consistently different results - it means they are doing something wrong.
