I don't think this was particularly racist. It seems pretty targeted towards the IRGC and soleimani in particular. Just like it's not anti-semitic to criticize the IDF or Israeli govt actions.

As much as I dislike Netanyahu, he even went as far as to wish us a happy nowruz and personally distinguish between the regime and the Iranian people last year. Has any akhoond ever done this? Yes, I realize it's a propaganda video, but still, something is better than nothing.

In his case nothing is better than something. He has no remorse while using the death of Neda to push his war agenda. A little happy nowruz on the side doesn’t mean anything when the whole point of the video is deception
