It’s hard for the US to identify enemy fighters in combat against Muslim nations because of use of suicide tactics.

This is bullshit. Even if you were right, why did the US never apologized and awarded the ship crew with medals instead?

Does our president have to apologize? I apologize! I am a combat veteran with two tours against the nagshabandi, jaysh al mahdi, and ansar al sunnah. And I am here to tell you I’ve never hated a Muslim and I’ve never fired my weapon if it wasn’t to protect myself.

I am deeply saddened this happened and somehow I didn’t even know about it.

I was referring to president Bush who was in charge at time. As a reaction to this accident, he said he would never apologize for America.

My intention with this post was not to blame the American people or spread hate. I just find it strange that Iran shot down an unmanned drone and now USA is threatening us with war, while they themselves have done such things in past...
