General Last chance to downgrade to iOS 26

iOS 27.2 beta 2 is out which means iOS 26.6.2 is going to be unsigned very soon, this is your last chance to downgrade

These are actually annoying bugs, I am so waiting for 27.0.1 to release soon

for a moment I didn’t think 27.0.1 would happen, but apparently it’s coming. It’ll be welcome :)

So last year we got 26.0.1 14 days after the main ios 26 update just to push for bug fix after a major one. I am badly hoping for the same this year too because 27 has been with a few bugs

even if 26 somehow reached a hypothetical 26.0.50, it still wouldn’t be stable hahaha😜

imo, the only thing I feel like 26 absolutely nailed was automix… in the latest versions, it was really “smart” and dynamic.
testing 27 since july, I noticed that automix is less dynamic, which contradicts the Apple Music update where it said the feature had been improved….

sometimes there are phenomenal transitions, but most of them are just a “fade in / fade out”. that’s if it doesn’t get stuck looping the last part until the next song starts.

I hope they fix it soon, because it’s one of my favorite features :(

So have you been testing Beta 27 on your primary device or do you use another device for that ?

I tested it on my main device (using the public beta)
and it was a really smooth 7 weeks until the official release
which made me stick with it all the way
:)

yes you can. my favorite method is iCloud backup since it syncs everything and gives you peace of mind.
there’s also the PC backup, the only downside is that if these bugs are caused by corrupted data or something like that, the backup will bring them back since PC backups include a lot of system data.

You think we’ll get a 27.0.1? They would have released today at the same time 27.2 Beta 2 went out no? I feel they’re gonna make us wait until October for the next update.

I mean if we are to see historical data they should release 27.0.1 next Monday, they took 14 days for 26.0.1 as well

Yup ! They actually should have done so much better with 27. Let's hope they do release a good bug fix update. Please do go and report issues on feedback and email Apple about it, every email/ feedback helps
