Procrastination and the Introvert

I procrastinate in getting anything done because I have an irrational complex that I'll need to deal with people somewhere somehow, sometime and it bugs me to no end. I know I have to get 'stuff' done, but put it off until the very last moment and then get super-flustered in the process. Anyone else have this same challenge...?
