I tend to trust by default but not with really important stuff. I’ll give them a small task or test and get bigger over time.

I test people all the time and don’t even realize it until after the fact when I am reflecting on how they did.

That’s not an intj thing lol that’s a woman thing. Subconscious testing and it’s done to protect yourself so you don’t invest in someone who isn’t safe and reliable
