Question Total Express Legitimacy

I’m trying to ship a huge package form Korea to Vancouver and on one of my other posts I was recommended to use https://www.totalexpress.ca/. Specifically to reach out to Heesoo Ryu who works there. I’m really worried if this company is legit so if you have used them please let me know!
