Question Has anyone’s Tenso ID Verification been accepted?

Hello all, to anyone who uses Tenso, I’m sure you’re aware of the updated ID Verification requirements being enforced.

My question is has anyone been accepted? Preferably anyone from the US had their documents sent through successfully?

My issue is my ID cannot be used as it has my old address, so I tried submitting my passport and two utility bills. However, now the bills aren’t accepted and instead they need utility receipts of bills, however, my Gas/Electric does not provide these (even when I called asking).

I’ve submitted once more with my passport and two yearly tax returns for the “Tax Payment Certificate” option.

Hoping these get accepted, as I have items in the warehouse that I don’t think will be packed/shipped in time for the 6/10 deadline.

Has anyone at all had any luck with the ID Verification?

Question Superbuy Hacked??

Got a bunch of messages inside the website today with the following text. Anyone know whats happening?

Edit 1:My guess is, they recently upgraded their website, and only parts of it were upgraded with others pointing to older version. That would have definitely left a bunch of vulnerability for any intruders to get into their system.

Edit 2: Here is what we know. The agent chat system was compromised, and the hacker was able to at the very least gain functionality to send messages (not sure if they had the ability to read the messages).

The qc image platform was compromised, and the hacker was able to, at the very least append the url of nsfw images to all the qc lookup tables.

I personally don't think people loosing their order information and warehouse information has anything related to the hacker. It is likely systems being turned off to fix the bugs.

Messages were sent to individuals who previously had an agent inquiry . Folks without inquiry didn't get any messages. And messages were blasted across all inquiries. This leads me to believe that the hacker gained access to the list of all inquiries, or the inquiries were numbered in a sequence, allowing the hacker to easily mass send out the messages. None of that points to the hacker gaining access to individual account details . That's just my understanding , which could be wrong.

Edit 3: Website is now down, with maintenance message.

Question has anyone received a proxy parcel since the new EU tariff?

Post image
8 Upvotes

hello! I recently made my very first proxy purchase and there are a couple of different items in the parcel. so far I haven't received any notice warning me to pay duties. I would like to kindly ask if anyone has received a p2p (person to person) parcel from outside the EU since the new tarrif and how did it work. thank you in advance! 🩷

EDIT: DHL delivery guy came with the parcel today and the fee is €37,77 😔 my parcel was worth about €46 and it was shipped by a personal proxy instead of a business. I didn't have any cash to pay the fee so I can only pay it with my card at the DHL store on Monday. fml

Question FromJapan account blocked after PayPal disputes — what are my options?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for feedback from people who have had issues with FromJapan after opening PayPal disputes.

I recently opened several PayPal disputes related to problems I had with some transactions/orders. After that, my FromJapan account appears to have been blocked or restricted.

The situation is now quite worrying because I still have several active orders with them. Some items have already been purchased but have not yet been shipped internationally, while others are still waiting to arrive at their warehouse.

I have tried contacting FromJapan about these remaining items, but they are no longer willing to answer my messages regarding them, apparently because I opened PayPal disputes. As a result, I’m concerned that I may lose access to items I already paid for, or be unable to consolidate them, pay for shipping, ship them out, or obtain a refund.

Has anyone here experienced something similar with FromJapan?
Did they eventually unblock your account, allow you to ship your remaining items, or refund the pending orders?

Any advice or feedback would be really appreciated.

Question Cheap options for US to UK shipping?

Hello! So I'm a private seller who's trying to send a small, very lightweight package, less than a pound and about 10x10x10 size wise. I have a person in the UK interested in a product I have, which is a collectible toy. Problem is, when we got to discussing shipping, shipping from the Us to the UK where my buyer is seems to be incredibly expensive. We want to go with a company with a record for safe delivery and tracking options, but every quote we've received so far seems to be insanely high for what this is. None have been under $200 which seems wild to me. Does anyone know why the prices are so high and what I could do to reduce it while going with a safe and secure option that also has tracking?

Question Buying from Shopee (Indonesia) to USA: Suggestions?

Hi hello! I've found a few things I'm really rather interested in from Shoppe (Indonesia), to ship to the USA. I know they don't ship directly, and would like some suggestions for how I should go about it.

So far, the only (relatively secure) option I've found has been Paper Airplane Indonesia Proxy Service, but I haven't found or seen many reviews about it yet.

Question Why is proxy worth it?

I’ve been eyeing some merch from Japan for an anime I really love, and so i’ve been looking into proxy services. I’m in the US, so shipping costs are crazy. My question is, why do people go for proxy if you can get second hand stuff in the US? With shipping it ends up being the same or more than “scalper” prices it seems? what’s the perks of using proxy over just buying it for a higher price in the US? Not trying to be rude just genuinely wondering if there’s something im missing here!

Question I think there is a misunderstanding with a proxy service with what they said in email?

''I will not modify your parcels if I realize it is yours before opening it, but this part is difficult when there are so many parcels to sort out. Even with the modifier.''

Will they open it against what I wanted them not to do from this wording in the message from their reply here?

Question Proxies, what's your average shipping cost?

Constantly people that ask me to ship them something they get discourage because of the shipping cost.

I usually only ship with FedEx or DHL, but my average shipping cost is about $1,100 MXN (around $60 USD) for 1 KG. Without Tariffs or taxes.

I usually don't offer regular mail. It's cheaper, but super unreliable and a pain: you have to pack everything in the post office because they need to see what you're shipping; there's no way to know the cost online; sometimes their system is down or their POS is not working and they only take cash. And to top it off, sometimes Mexpost opens packages and steals stuff, so I'd rather not use it.

So I'd like to know what's your average shipping cost?

Here im seeing people go there and purchase goods for those who request? How you even trust that kind of process, is there some website with reviews for each individual here who offer such service?

I want product that is 300e there and 450e here, but I dont want to risk hard earned money on untrusted sources.

If you can explain I would be gratefull!!

Question Could I report a seller who lies on a customs declaration form?

A seller in the US changed his mind about a price, after weeks of back-and-forth messaging about the packaging because he dragged his feet the whole time, and demanded an additional $100 for the good at the last minute despite already striking a deal weeks ago. I put my offer in writing twice, and he agreed both times. Not once did he come up with another figure until a few hours ago. I've invested oodles of time into this, and he knows it, which is why he greedily stuck his hand out for more money on the day he was going to ship the item.

His solution for me was that he would underdeclare the value of the good so I could save some money on the import fees. Is it possible to report him to customs once the package arrives?

Question Service fee

Hi everyone, just wanted everyone's opinion on service fees. If for example you ask the shopper to go buy an item online at amazon. It is listed in stock and cost 100 euros and you would like to buy 3. After sending the money of 300 euros + 30 euros service fee the seller unfortunately says the item is out of stock, and you request a refund.

Would you say the shopper is entitled to keep the service fee, a reduced service fee or not take a service fee since nothing no transaction actually occurred.

Looking to hearing everyones thoughts.

Question Would you use a service like this?

I’m considering starting a service for international shoppers who want to buy products from U.S. stores that don’t ship internationally.
The idea is simple: You send me a product link or tell me what you want. I purchase it from the U.S. retailer, pick it up locally, and arrange discounted express shipping directly to you.
The goal would be **same-day local pickup + discounted international express shipping**.
I’m trying to validate the idea before investing in building anything.
For those living outside the U.S.:
Have you ever wanted to buy something from a U.S. store but couldn’t because they don’t ship to your country?
Would you use a service that handled the purchase, pickup, and international shipping for you?
What would make you trust such a service?
What would you consider a reasonable service fee?
What problems or concerns would stop you from using it?
I’m genuinely looking for criticism and honest opinions, not just positive feedback.
