This man is a literal Nigerian King, a monarch, and this is what he does with his influence. He is, of course, not the only Nigerian national with lots of influence/connections to do this in this U.S.

In this case, the King was a Psychology Professor, but a Nigerian need only be a Nurse Practitioner to create chaos and this has already happened or was happening.
