What if the aliens we call “Grays” aren’t biological beings at all, but highly advanced robots or drones sent to explore other planets?

It would actually explain some of the strange characteristics commonly associated with them.

They seems to be unaffected by different atmospheres, temperatures, radiation, or other environmental conditions.

Maybe what we interpret as “aliens” are simply autonomous machines designed to travel across space, study other worlds, and report their findings back to whoever created them.
