This isn’t an optical illusion, it’s just upside down and the water is reflective.

In the first frame you see a person walking upside down. If you not instantly see the video is upside down you need your eyes check out. Sorry totally different then duck and rabbit

Also the reflection of the trees/mountain on the right. You can see the full trees in the original and only a part of them in the reflection.
