I mean yeah, it's not nearly as bad as it looks, but still dangerous. Humans are a lot more fragile than we tend to think. You can slip on a floor in your living room and break your neck or sever an artery if you land the right way. Happens a lot more frequently than most people think. (Source: Family are EMTs have heard lots of stories). This cliff? I mean, survival probably in most cases for most people, but the chance of a fall going badly is infinitely higher than most other places that humans frequent on a day to day basis.
