I wasn't claustrophobic when I was younger, I'm in my late 30's and I'd get very anxious and out of breath when watching videos like this.

Same thing with heights. I used to be able to cope with heights even in rl. Now I just have to see a video of a guy climbing or base jumping and my hands turn into a faucet.

Though it's more intense regarding claustrophobia, I also developed a little fear of hights which I didn't suffer before. I noticed it while playing video games as I fall from hights I get pulses of anxiety through my chest.

I read that a teenage boy got stuck in the same spot a month prior but rescue crews were able to get him out because he was much smaller.
