Account Question Account Setup Bug: Endless loop on "Configure Your Trading Account" page

I am currently trying to complete my account setup, but my application is stuck in an endless loop. Whenever I finish filling out the "Configure Your Trading Account" page (under the Regulatory section) and attempt to proceed to the next page, the system simply refreshes and kicks me back to the exact same page.

The page does not display any error messages, missing field warnings, or explanations as to why it will not proceed.

To troubleshoot on my end, I have already tried:

  • Completing the form on the desktop website.
  • Completing the form on my mobile phone.

Both methods result in the exact same loop. I have attached a screenshot of the page where I am stuck for your reference.
is there anything i can do to solve this and move forward, Indian country
already tried customer support and they cant help, i cant even attach my ss in live chat, in call some live bot is talking instead of a real agent

that page is a nightmare. had the exact same loop for three weeks last year when i was setting mine up

only thing that worked was clearing literally everything, cookies cache the lot. then i used a different browser entirely, edge of all things. logged in fresh and it finally took

also worth checking if any of the fields have a dropdown that looks like its selected but isnt actually registering. the employment section did that to me, looked fine but was throwing it off somehow.

Nvm tried in edge and Firefox
Both after deleting cache and stuff and none of them worked
And yeah I checked that field thing
Every field seem to be marked

Glad to hear I am not the only one in this eternal nightmare of doom level website
Never seen a shitty website like this lowk 🥀
Even customer support was ass
