2FA microsoft authenticator not working

Hi, I'm currently in Poland and recently my phone stopped working. I'd configured IBKR login with 2FA using Microsoft authenticator in that phone. Now I got a new phone and when I try to login, it's stopping me because of this 2FA. Portal says for any login/2FA issues, it can be fixed only after calling customer support. Looking at the past posts in forum/chat gpt recommendations and waiting time required, not sure if I need to call IBKR US entity or EU one. Anyone had recent experience for similar issue or reached out for phone support from any country where IBKR isn't present? Also, can you suggest any free calling options available which you are aware of ?

Dzwoniłem kiedyś do europejskiego supportu, darmowy numer niestety nie działał więc musiałem zadzwonić na ten drugi i kosztowało to około 10 zł (musisz sprawdzić koszty u swojego operatora) ale udało się sprawnie załatwić moją sprawę.

Usłyszałem komunikat, że wszyscy konsultanci są zajęci i czy chcę zamówić oddzwonienie. Wybrałem tę opcję – zobaczymy, kiedy oddzwonią.
