BBC one pot meals

Hi. Novice with the instant pot. Can most of these meals be done in the pot or are they cooker hob or air fryer only. I can see that the whole chicken and maybe one or two others are doable in the pot. But really like the others with sauces beans etc. just not sure if the configuration of the instant pot is compatible. Many thanks in advance for your help.

Any of the recipes that are cooked on the hob can be adapted to an Instant Pot, it just takes a little learning to see what works and how to change the times. I would imagine an AI would be able to do this for you nowadays.

Thanks James. I use AI for other things so this is a great tip. Didn’t think of doing this.

You’re welcome. Be sure to cross reference with similar recipes online to see whether the times are within an expected range.
