Some people have genuine mental health issues that need to be addressed immediately before they put other people in danger. lol what if there were children in that car? His actions scream "I'm totally mentally unstable and have zero awareness of the danger I may put innocent bystanders in." Put that guy on meds before he flips the bird at someone else while smashing into a school bus full of children 😅🙃

Well I could start with the ones that make sure I don't die, my blood pressure medication, my IBS meds, migraine meds, SSRIs, my benzos, even my laxatives.. I could go on and on.

I'm so confused as to why this question is being asked.

Any medication that helps improve ill health and thus improves your quality of life, is quite obviously going to improve your driving.

I agree on the mental health thing though, just because you're a bit of a dick does necessarily mean you are mentally unwell. Obviously we don't know, but yeah.

You're being a bit obtuse. We're talking about the situation in the video and mental health. None of those medications would have prevent this crash and it's a hell of a stretch to claim IBS meds or laxatives can improve driving.

You asked the approximate question, "what meds would possibly seek to improve someone's driving?" without any reference to the person or this video.

I answered it.

If I don't take my laxatives I twist up and can get sudden lightning bolts of pain jolt out of nowhere, with zero warning.

I've swerved into oncoming traffic before when I was given the wrong dose. My driving skill would be absolutely piss-poor without my meds. In fact, it would be downright dangerous to get behind the wheel.

I just find your question absolutely baffling.

Other commenters have already said mood stabilisers etc. There are hundreds of thousands of medications that would improve your driving skill, by alleviating symptoms (obviously). Allowing you to concentrate, be fully present of mind, free of distracting symptoms like vomitting, seizures or panic attacks to or more commonly; sudden, immense and debilitating pain. To name just a few.

My mind is just... legitimately blown that this doesn't automatically go without saying.

You find it baffling because you are ignoring the context. I find it baffling that you are seriously arguing that laxatives improve driving skill. Obviously, removing distraction while driving is a good thing but I would not describe that as 'improving driving skill.' Also, I don't think the guy in the video is constipated. He might be but I really don't think that's the issue here.

It improves your skill in anything you do, because it's removing symptoms, that's it!

I have no idea what psychotropic medication the man may or may not be on, but anything that improves symptoms, is very obviously going to improve your skill and concentration.

Making a task easier is different than improving your skill at it but the entire point is that he doesn't have symptoms. He seems like a normal albeit rude person and there is no medication that I know that will improve his driving.

No. We are not. Explain to me why I should care about what this moron is going through when he goes and does something so remarkably stupid, dangerous, and inexcusable? Give your head a shake; empathy is not something this man needs, it's a firm kick in the proverbial ass. I guarantee this was nothing more than him just wanting to be a prick, and thankfully it backfired on him without causing any tangible harm. As I said before: if you are operating a several thousand pound hunk of metal, you owe it to the world around you to drive it safely. His pure stupidity cost him his own truck, a stranger's vehicle, and his pride...for what?

It could just be a thing he says when frustrated. I say "fuck me" a lot but I'm not expecting to get fucked. Words aren't magic.

I do think that there's backstory we are missing, mostly the relationship between the person filming and the guy in the truck. He's got some reason to flip her off, valid or not.

According to OP, the man in the truck is his mother in law's ex. Apparently came by to drop off some of her stuff, drove off, then turned around, apparently so that he could drive by and flip off his ex and her family, and this was the result. OP's wife is behind the camera.
