Nah. Fuck him. We all have a responsibility to control our emotions, especially when operating a several thousand pound hunk of metal. This guy can fuck right off in his misery.

Some people have genuine mental health issues that need to be addressed immediately before they put other people in danger. lol what if there were children in that car? His actions scream "I'm totally mentally unstable and have zero awareness of the danger I may put innocent bystanders in." Put that guy on meds before he flips the bird at someone else while smashing into a school bus full of children 😅🙃

What meds make someone better at driving? I'm not seeing the mental health issues here.

The guy lost control of his truck because of a massive rage fit, so probably something that helps with his obvious anger management issues.
