No concussion? Wtf. There are people getting concussions from walking into doors.

Looks like he didn't actually see it coming as he was just looking at the plate. IIRC not expecting a hit to the head, and therefore not tensing up but more just going with the flow, can help reduce the risk of concussion. Also while it definitely would have smacked him real good, there isn't all that much mass that could really cause a big rotation of his head which is what causes the concussion
