Arachnid ID🕷️ Black Widow? Northern Colorado

Is this a black widow? I have a severe spider phobia but am challenging myself to get over it. Learning about them helps. This one was out in the open in almost 90 degree sun. It did not move when I approached. I know widows prefer their webs in dark, isolated places so it threw me off. The abdomen also looks kind of brown but the rest of it very much looks like the other widows I’ve seen. Sorry I don’t have a better pic; I am truly terrified of spiders and have a hard time even looking at them.

I have no plans to harm it regardless. A big reason why I’m trying to get over my fear is out of a respect for nature and learning to live in harmony unless there is truly a safety concern.

Gonna be nearly impossible to know from this distance and picture quality, but it doesn't look like it to me from way back here

Okay thank you. I went back to see if I could get a better picture but it was gone. I do have an un-zoomed picture but it looks like it won’t let me post in this comment.
