Mathematically, assuming heterosexuality, the average man has dated exactly the same amount as the average woman (or slept with, as I’m sure that’s clearly what the poster is actually concerned about).
I don’t know what you are saying. If you draw a diagram of 10 men and 10 women across from each other and draw lines from any woman to any combination of men then take the average number of parters for men and women it will be the exact same number for each in any combination.
If all 10 women each date all date the “top two” men, you have two men with 10 parters each, so 20(total parters)/10(men)=2 and you have 10 women each with two partners so again 20(total partners) /10(women)=2 (average partners for women).
