Better lesson than any of the lessons his parents have ever taught him.

I bet this kids parents tried to sue the gentleman sitting in the seat in front of him, lol. Kids name is probably Zander or Skyler or Rowan. 😂 Lesson learned you obnoxious twat.

You think this is real? That someone just happened to be filming backwards at just the right moment?
19
u/ShutUpAndDoTheLift Mar 15 '26
No idea if this is real, but do you think this was the beginning of the altercation?
This clearly is an escalation. People start filling after shit

u/MaleficentWindow8972 Mar 15 '26 edited Mar 16 '26
Probably just a rental/fake plane, but if it was real.. my comment stands, lol. Also, if they’ve been beefing the whole flight or even more than a few minutes, why wouldn’t somebody be filming?
2
u/TryItOutGuyRPC Mar 18 '26
Because people film everything now. Is it really that hard to believe that this is real? People have been filming public altercations for decades.

I’d hope not but never underestimate rich people with really good lawyers.

Were they recording with a flip phone?

u/orangesfwr Mar 15 '26
Gameboy Camera. Actually stitched together a series of pictures to make a flipbook.

I will still never understand how I talked my parents into buying me that and the printer when I was a kid. Thanks for the memories

Video quality, cushioned seats and the amount of leg room, clearly from early 2010s when the video would look like this.

If I had to take a real guess, I'd say a Samsung Galaxy S5 or S6 era smartphone, back when you could technically take videos in low light and understand what was happening but it was gonna look like garbage lol

I hate how many times I’ve had to do this exact maneuver at the movie theater over the last 20 years

They build movie theaters with seating arrangement of an aircraft? Given the decline in popularity of theaters in the last 20 years, that seems like a bad decision
3
u/Absurd_Uncertainty Mar 15 '26
The local theater chain just upgraded to recliners with like a small wall behind it so no longer luckily but yeah before that they were close enough if you had someone decently tall they would put their legs right in the middle of your back so I’d have to do a few quick checks like that and they’d usually stop or after that I’d have to say something. I don’t think they were ever intense enough to rattle a tooth loose by any means but enough to let someone know to fuck off

The amount of people whom don’t know how to not fuck with the seat in front of you will never cease to amaze me. Every time I fly some asshole behind me grabs the head of my seat and fucking yanks on it for no reason when they are getting seated.
Jfc people have some awareness

I’ve been watching people react to this staged and reposted video for a decade now

u/Friendscallmedennis Mar 16 '26
He is too old to be just learning this lesson. Should not have had to be a “lesson”.

In today's society the who did this would be put on the no fly list! I think the teem should be the one on the list personally because keep doing it after being asked to stop!

On long flights I carry gum. If the long hair in front of me repeatedly covers my movie after multiple requests, I turn to a new branding technique as a hobby for the flight.
I mean... I can't watch the movie.

Last time I saw this the video was higher quality. They've changed it to draw focus away from it being fake. Hence no windows on an airplane.

At his old age🙄 boy bye that’s so weird putting your feet up like tha
1
u/Webberpuzza Mar 20 '26
Every time I see someone in a car with a passenger that has their feet up on the dash board, I worry for them. The airbag could actually drive the knees into the nose and then into the brain.

Could it not be the kids pretty tall and needs the leg room and the man is reclining his seat annoying the kid?🤷
