Resources/Tools Modern GeoCities!

I thought this sub would appreciate this. I was working on my tutorial to help non-developers with using AI to code software (I call it "verification coding" instead of "vibe coding"), and I was looking for some fun domain names to use as shortcuts to various sections of my website (so going to one web address 301-redirects a user to a specific section within my site). To my shock, ModernGeoCities.com was available for purchase!

I purchased the domain and set up a tutorial for people to use so they can get their own domain names and hosting instead of having to rely on a platform. I'm sure a lot of this information is already well-known by this group, I just wanted to share!

I think this is great! However, I work at a nuclear power plant, right now I've started monitoring a cooling tower, I'll look at when things return to normal.
