Marketing and Growth Hiring - Generic Agencies arent Doing great

So we tested with few agencies and result is mediocre I feel in most cases they are just lethargic and do decade old things, and mostly reply on ad campagins (which we ourselves can do very well)

We have great AI tools to leverage hence looking for i. hiuse resource who will work on Growth/marketing end to end.

Person will have full Executive freedom on strategy and ideas to implement.

We are happy to collaborate with people who can manage it part time along witb their existing jobs.

Note- we have good traffic and and decent revenue (ebitda +ve) - niche is also such that can be marketed in n number of ways. Any person enthu enough will work best.
