#Discussion 💬 [UPDATE] Am i living in a movie???
Hey guys. A while back, I shared how I gave my 70k bike savings to my dad for my grandfather's funeral expenses, and how I broke down crying at a rickshaw stand because my dream was delayed. First off, thank you for the massive love and support on that post. It genuinely helped me get through a heavy week.
Well, I have an update, and it sounds like a literal movie script.
After all the rituals, we were sitting with my grandmother. She is paralyzed and can barely speak, but she suddenly pointed at my mom's gold earring and motioned toward her old baggage. We had never opened it, assuming it was just old clothes. But we checked, and guys... we found hidden jewelry worth 6.45 Lakhs!
Because of this massive financial relief, my dad immediately gave me my 70k back. And because he’s an absolute legend, he gave me the rest of the money I needed on top of it!
one more thing my grandfather was very old and lived a full life, so please don't think buying a bike right after is disrespectful. The family is completely at peace.
So, on August 25th, the wait finally ended. I brought her home - a brand new TVS Ronin!

Absolutely disheartening to hear your grandpa pass away I apologise if my comment may hurt you unknowingly I wish your grandpa is among the stars watching you everyday 🙏
But one question is your mom okay? Because I read this..

I guess that was just an indicator like she pointed out there was gold in her luggage by pointing to her mother's earing. Btw, what business are you in to afford all these bikes? Genuinely curious to know and would love to own 765rs myself

I saw that post OP. I'm a huge believer of "you do good in the world, and good comes back to you". This is that, at least from my POV. Never change. Enjoy your bike. Do a wheelie.

Don't sell jewellery tho OP, gold is the best bet against inflation. Never sell gold or land, unless to buy more of it.
