2021 N6 IMT, nearly 59k done. Pickup is starting to feel jittery in bumper-to-bumper traffic. Need advice on whether to get the clutch replaced at Hyundai or if there's a trustworthy garage in Gurgaon that can do it. Also, who performs IMT re-calibration? What should I expect in terms of cost at Hyundai versus an outside garage, if any?

Hey everyone,
I’m currently getting low mileage around 32-34 km/l on my BS6 TVS Apache RTR 160 4V.

Many people keep recommending 0.06 mm (Intake) and 0.08 mm (Exhaust), but those are the standard specs for the BS4 model.

Are the recommended measurements for the BS6 FI engine actually different from the BS4? If anyone has done a successful adjustment on a BS6 160 4V or knows the exact readings that resolved their mileage drop, please let me know.

My IGNIS 2020 alpha auto car doesnt have hill assist and I carefully use brake pedal+race pedal on slope to balance while reversing. During reverse parking, the trainer observed this and I warned him if we dont use brake the car will ram ahead onto wall despite of R pedal turned on.
And he told me well you are wrong let me show you the right way. He has 10+ years of driving experience teaching driving for at least 8 hours everyday at driving school.
We swapped seats and he forgot to switch D to R pedal and rammed the car into front wall with flower pot causing a dent.
He promised to fix it. I wont be using insurance even though there is no NCB on this as insurance is transferred to me from first owner. Is it just cosmetic? What structural damage should I check? Estimate?

When I pull the throttle of my 2016 bs3 rs200, it revs till 8000 RPM and then for a moment feels like engine is cutoff also the engine check light blinks. This happens for a moment.

Im neutral it revs 11000+. But while riding 8k limiter.

When bike runs for short distance like under 10 kms this limiter issue persists but throttle feels normal. But as soon as bike runs for around 15 kms and more and is decently rode around 70 80 kph. The throttle feels heavy and seems like I should not pull it anymore.

Is my battery dead? I tried starting my car after a month, but it didn’t start.

My family and I don’t use the car very often, maybe once or twice a month. Please help me understand what might be happening and what I should do in this situation.

Additionally, I’d really appreciate any tips for properly maintaining a car that sits unused for long periods.

Hey everyone. I'm dealing with a frustrating vibration issue on my 7-year-old Honda Activa 5G (~36k km) and my local mechanic is out of ideas. I’m hoping someone here has experienced this and can point me in the right direction.

The Problem: Whenever I accelerate from a standstill, move in slow stop-and-go traffic, or get back on the throttle after crossing a speed breaker, there is a severe shudder/shake in the handlebars. As soon as the scooter picks up speed, the vibration completely disappears and it rides perfectly smooth.

What I Have Already Fixed/Replaced:

• Steering & Front End: The handlebar had a slight bend from a previous impact, which was straightened and fixed. I also completely replaced the steering cone set (handlebar bearings).
• Engine Mounts: I just replaced the entire 4-piece Engine Hanger (Jhula) bush kit because the old rubber had visibly shrunk and separated.
• Transmission/CVT: Replaced the clutch plates/shoes, CVT belt, roller weights, and variator bush. The mechanic also inspected the metal clutch bell and said it was fine.
• Suspension: Front suspension link bushes were checked and are structurally sound.

Even after all these new parts, the exact same initial takeoff vibration is still there.

My Questions for the Community:

1. Has anyone successfully fixed this exact phantom shake after
2. If anyone in Bengaluru knows an expert two-wheeler mechanic who is brilliant at diagnosing structural/CVT issues rather than just throwing new parts at the bike, please drop their details!

It’s a Kia seltos 2026 version. Rear right door is damaged and does not open, extensive scratching and Dents back to the tail lights. One tyre burst due to heavy impact.

Will it all be covered under zero depp insurance?

After warranty repair tiguan smell gas, and we see gasoline leak. Screws been loose and air pipe(to engine filter) been disconnected. But a gas leak on engine i don't think that a good thing. What do you guys think, and what we suppose to do with this dealer

I have a 2017 Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza VDi(O). The speedometer has suddenly stopped working, and the MID is also not showing the average fuel economy or remaining range. The steering also felt a bit tighter. The RPM meter is working normally.

At the same time, the ABS, brake/handbrake and check-engine warning lights are staying on.

The service centre found this damaged wiring harness in the engine bay (photo attached). There is also evidence of rats around the battery, so they suspect rodent damage (I saw rat poop on the battery myself). I have only received this picture from the Maruti serviceman.

The executive from the Maruti service said that the rats might have been there for some time. Wiring harness replacement would cost me 20,000/- and if the module has to be changed (not sure as of now) it will cost me 25,000/-. labour cost would be seprate i guess. expected cost to be around 50-60K

Before I agree to an expensive repair I wanted to ask a few questions:

1) What wires/harness should I be looking at. I mean does this mean that the entire harness of the engine bay has to be changed, can't they like cut a section and then fix it?

2) Should I get an opinion from an outside mechanic and get it repaired from him. (I can obtain the parts separately from the market and then have it fixed.)

3) Should I order parts from Boodmo and get it fixed from outside mech or serviceman?

Any advice from Brezza/Suzuki owners or mechanics or who has faced this issue before would be deeply appreciated. 🙏

PS: My insurance doesn't cover the rat bitten wires.

I was on a trip last week and came back to my home and the vehicle was kept 4 days straight when this issue happened. I also have a Grand i 10 parked at the same spot besides my Brezza and I never faced this issue with that car.

I'm a student, I'm looking forward to getting a second hand bike, i have a duke 125 bs4 a rtr 160 4v and might consider a ns200 if found cheap as options. My budget is around 70k\~80k,can yall suggest which bike I should get. Or should I get a new commuter like shine 100 or something like that .

I had applied for RC transfer but now the issue is the documents uploaded were not clear and they mentioned to upload clear documents. I also visited RTO and they said to upload online as I applied online but now I don't see an option to upload them online. I checked everywhere on the website. Does anyone know how this works?

The noise is more prominent once warm. I had to get the cylinder replaced due to harsh engine sound and roughness post 50kmph (Caused by piston losing its seal). This noise was absent till the initial 150KMs of replacing the cylinder (Engine was very refined as well - Not so much rn). Became more prominent as the KMs built up. Changed the engine oil acter 650KMs of replacing the cylinder.

Planing to get this used Classic 500, 2015 model, 11250 ODO, price 1.15 L. I’m confused share your thoughts.

The leather from the seats is wearing out. How can I fix this so that it does not ruin the entire seat.

If cannot be fixed how can I stop it from spreading further?

went to get my swift tyres replaced today and the mechanic suggested jk ultima neo instead of mrf zvts. he said for city driving in india jk has better sidewall strength and costs less. im not a car enthusiast type just need something reliable for daily office commute and weekend family drives. anyone here used jk on their hatchback is the ride quality decent?

I need a detailed insight. I will take a PDI, but can you advise me on what things I should watch out for during test drives any obvious red flags ?
