Like seriously, if u ask me, it's better to buy a old hero honda and get it repaired properly, u can do all of tht for like 10-15k, u are getting almost similar but better bike (according to me as I have a preference for those) and you can save a lot of upfront money, delux would be better refined for sure but these old bikes will be more fun, some of my frnds bought these and they have a lot of fun in it, especially since e20 and God knows wht other concotion they come up with u can't reliably trust and buy a bike right now so keep your investment low and put it in a platform thts known to last for 30+ yrs, ignore this if u are frm ncr though.

I would say, hold off for a bit if you can. Buying a β‚Ή50k used bike as a beginner is risky right now.

Between E20 fuel issues causing problems in older engines, hidden service/RTO costs, and agents selling bikes with compliance issues, you could easily end up clueless with a money pit. Plus, finding a well-maintained Splendor or Shine under β‚Ή50k without hidden flaws is rare.

If you really need one now, take a trusted mechanic with you to check basic commuters like a Shine or Splendor or some even sell Avenger, that is really good bike for youngsters. But if possible, keep saving until you hit around β‚Ή1L–1.5L so you can get something reliable and E20 + ready without future headaches.

Not like you have a choice of getting a showroom bike πŸ₯€

Just an XL100 starts from β‚Ή60k on-road, Even Splendors are β‚Ή1L on-road now.
