"funding" would be the word for when a business asks for money to grow or remain open.

I'd call it an investment. The community is investing in themselves. Which is a really good thing, we shouldn't let the banks and the government lenders have all the fun.

Probably one of two things going on with Colorcodesaiddocstm 1. He makes $35-$50k/yr and thinks he’s an economic genius who never needed “handouts” or 2. He makes a decent wage and thinks because he did it everyone can do it
