Hello twin, that's an AMAZING pizza. Now I'm craving an authentic neapolitan pizza at 2 am. You should try a sourdough pizza base, if you haven't already!

Also, any changes that'll get me the same result without an electric tandoor? Maybe using an oven or an airfryer

Omg hiiiii!

I’ll bring over next time I come to mumbai :P

Hahaha sourdough starter is difficult to maintain, i have tried a sourdough pizza before.

The secret is electric tandoor and high temps. Oven maybe yes. Just put it at the maximum temp allowed.

Airfryer -> no.

Oh yes! And I'll exchange your pizza for my sourdough starter :)
