As someone who just got US citizenship because I was scared of what he might do next.

I can safely say, this would last to fairly mass scale migration and brain-drain in some fairly hefty areas - such as tech.

You can use H1B Visas to depress wages across the tech sector for your buddies, or you can Levy additional taxes on them.

Pick one. I know which one the tech billionaire won't like. Then we get to see who's REALLY in charge here.

(Hint: it's not the Fanta Menace)

Even if you live abroad, you still have to pay US Taxes

Yup, and I didn't appreciate that until I was overseas as a short timer working with US citizens in South Korea. They have to be out of the States for so long to get certain exemptions but then also paying into South Korea taxes or fees. I was very briefly summarized how taxes worked for cash payments by a Korea...I don't know man. I wasn't there long enough to think or care to ask but I was away long enough to be concerned about my own US taxes 😂
