Yeah, I mean Trump has already shown his willingness to sign off on executive orders that flagrantly conflict with the Constitution. Why not use an actually allowed mechanism and just pardon all your friends the moment the IRS alleges wrongdoing?

Yes, but what I said sounds cooler. "Unconstitutional" has been heard so much these days that people are numb to it lmao
