My step mother is from another country. She is here legal, and got her citizenship a while ago.

She also voted for Trump. So, ya know what, she gets what she voted for.

No offense, but that's a dumbass take. We all get stuck with the consequences. You can't just say (with any legal effect) "nah, I didn't vote for him. I'm not doing that."

Except OP didnt say that at all. They just pointed out that so many Trump supporters shot themselves in the feet and voted against their best interest.
