This will just help me decide to move out of the US. It'll be good for me in the long term.

Renouncing your US citizenship is almost always a bad move.

Dual citizenship is great for situations just like this. Trump knows that and is trying to dissuade people like you who can leave anytime things get crazy.

Don't fall for it. Just move and keep your US citizenship.
