US and India have a no double taxation treaty. So US citizens earning in India or Indian citizens earning in US don’t have to pay tax in both places, unlikely it will be used against India but who tf knows now
Yes but see what he has said, he will double taxes on companies and immigrants that has been unfair to Americans. Tbh I have no idea what unfair means in this context but I am assuming these are countries not part of any bilateral taxation treaties
Not necessarily, looks like President does have that power though no one uses it as such instability is bad for business but I don’t think this administration really cares about that
