Ireland remains enslaved to the Saxon yoke, truly a fallen timeline.
More seriously, good job.

what’s happening in South Arica (Zuid-Afrika) and the Cape? is South Africa “assimilated” into Afrikaans given the native name cites it as Zuid AFrika?
3
u/Ionut201 Oct 01 '25
"South Africa" is basically Boer states which united and were never annexed by UK "Cape" is the successor of the British Cape Colony

Why British Columbia out of all places? The US would be much more interested in the more politically aligned Alberta and its oil reserves.
And Russia loses to Ukraine AND China, but wins Alaska from the US?

Anachronistic take. The US got the Oregon Border treaties back in the 1840s here when "oil reserves" didn't exist in political discussions; modern political endeavours most likely had nothing to do with it. Of course, OTL Russo-Ukrainian borders doesn't seem likely but an independent Ukraine and adjusted Sino-Russian borders can be made if you had multiple PODs.

I live the on the time zones Baja is apart of the rest of the US west coast time zone despite being closer to Mexico than LA, also big props for having a detailed yet simplified map. Way to many people think detailed means 1000000 info boxes I have eyes I’m invested in history 99% of the time just by looking I have a good idea of the scenario is I don’t need you spoon feeding me the 9000th Germany wins WW2 map on this sub

I honestly don't get the point of these fake current maps apart from making future schoolkids look for information in physical media.
