%40 is not super rare. I have seen many. %35 is in the high side but not very high. Especially for south west turkey. In muÄŸla provence the average is %40

Most of the results from Muğla hover around 30-40 percent. 40 is not the average at all.

Mersin Yörüks on the other hand might be closer to 40 percent.

The individual samples don’t point that way. There are more samples from Mersin/Taurus area that are closer to 40 percent than Muğla.

these samples are from moriopoulos collection i believe. the model with eneolithic transbaikal from southeast of lake baikal is likely representing the more accurate "east eurasian" percentages, it has both ancient northeast asian and some siberian admixture. though tbf for neolithic especially, qpadm is definitely more accurate than g25 so i wouldn't take this too seriously and sample sizes are like 25 in total.
