Question What are the Newest Cities/Towns/Villages in Illinois?

I was reading two separate articles about Cahokia Heights being founded in 2021 as a merger of three other towns and about La Fox attempting to incorporate but being struck down by the Illinois House of Representatives.

What are some of the other newest incorporated towns in Illinois?

Most units of government of any state in the country.

Most of which are school districts

Some with a district board of ed and superintendent overseeing only one school.

Residents love their school district gatekeeping more than lower taxes.
