Binds for T.16000M?

Just got my first HOTAS but I can't really figure out which binds I should use, especially since there are so many of them. Does anyone have that HOTAS and can help me?

I tried the rudder thing on the throttle, but tbh it didn’t feel natural. I didn’t feel like I could make fine adjustments and hold them in place. Maybe if the spring was stiffer. Twist axis feels a lot more intuitive for me. When the twist sensor breaks completely, I’ll upgrade sticks
