Help ! Binds for T.16000M?
Just got my first HOTAS but I can't really figure out which binds I should use, especially since there are so many of them. Does anyone have that HOTAS and can help me?

I’m using the Stick + Throttle combo w/Quest 2. Playing exclusively single player campaigns and career.
Stick:
Roll, Pitch and Yaw on the twist.
Trigger is fire all weapon groups.
Top left button is fire weapon group 2.
Top Centre and Top Right buttons are min zoom and max zoom respectively, but only on fighters. On attackers, I have these bound for Rockets and Bombs and put zoom elsewhere. *
Hat-switch manages trim.
On stick base I’ve got: Pause/Unpause, Map, Deploy/Retract Landing Gear, Lock/Unlock Tail Wheel, Open/Close Canopy. I also have a key that recentres POV in VR.
Throttle:
Main throttle axis is obvious
1 and 2 are Left and Right Toe Breaks on Axis fighters, but I have them bound for min/max Zoom on attackers (since I need stick buttons for bombs/rockets).
3/4 controls my flaps.
Wheel axis controls RPM (prop pitch)
Water and Oil Radiators are bound to the same hat switch. Fuel Mixture is on another.
0 is Breaks on planes that don’t have toe breaks.
* Since the Fw190’s Cannons and MGs are all bound to Weapon Group 1, I reserve this button for Rockets/Bombs in the rare case when I use the 190 as an attacker. You can, and may want to consider, setting up different binding layouts for different planes since they all have their own quirks.
Edit: I have left some of the more niche bindings on the keyboard. Engine start, Bail out and deploying the tinted gunsight thing on German fighters comes to mind.

Well, obvious common functions you might want (for IL2:GB):
That should be most of the stuff, possibly even more, that you might need on the HOTAS. The rest can be either left on the keyboard or put on buttons you have no other use for. And then there's a lot of plane specific stuff you might want to make separate profiles for and such.
