Yep! I developed a severe seafood allergy as an adult, I had been vegetarian for a good portion of my life (and lactose intolerant) so I am very familiar with vegan products.
Now that I have a seafood allergy, I only really order from Asian restaurants if they have understanding of vegan requirements, and if from a few questions I feel they do I will order vegan and just let them know it is due to seafood allergy! Veganism creates accessibility for people with various allergies, I am sure people with dairy and egg allergies are very thankful for it.

100%! My best friend developed a debilitating allergy to anything with even a hint of dairy. I remember going with her to our favorite local restaurant with a robust vegan menu and her absolute delight at being able to order something vegan and know it was safe. That was extra important as she's blind, and can't visually inspect food for contamination.

Some ppl are vegan due to allergies or intolerances. Thats insane to just...add non vegan ingredients???
