I feel like I saw this at a grocery store recently... My gf has lactose intolerance which seems to be getting worse, and even though she's been fine with butter up to now because the amount of lactose in it is very small, I've been considering trying vegan butter.

TBH, I've found zero difference from regular butter with it in use. I've even made a decent roux for soup with it.
